A Triple Threat is defined as 'a performer who excels at acting, singing, and dancing'. Our Triple Threat programme is designed to support our dancers to become well rounded employable performing artists.
Triple Threat students develop confidence, communication and problem solving skills through structured games and activities. The activities are designed to grow the students confidence in their acting and vocal talent by learning and improving technique as well as singing age appropriate vocal material. Some of our students also present at our events or act as characters at our BoPPA Birthday Parties, babyballet® events and external events.
Students gain acting experience through scripted activities, warm up exercises and games. They then focus on portraying a character from a musical.
Students will take on hosting roles and perform scripted pieces in our Annual Showcase.
Students gain singing experience through vocal warm ups and exercises. They then focus on learning and rehearsing a song from a musical.
Students will sing, act and dance a musical theatre item in our Annual Showcase
REAL LIFE EXPERIENCE
